The real question in my opinion is once they hit this psychological threshold, will many people rush to sell, lowering their price? Which one of them will be able to retain their price? In the short term I'm actually betting on Litecoin to stay more stable. Bitcoin can go over 10k and then crash back to 9k or 8k easily. We'll wait and see...

I'd jump into saying that LTC will be more valuable than is it now, but don't know if hits first the amount on OP.
About the thread question I'd think anyway that LTC will hit 100$ first than bitcoin 10k$ because bitcoin price is to likely drop.

we are going to see bitcoin price reach $10,000 and litecoin price reaches $100. people will prepare to sell their coin because the price will increase too high and they don't know when they can see this higher price again in the future. this year is the best year for crypto currency and I am sure many people will attract to the crypto world. I think they already know that crypto currency existed but until now, they don't believe it and still abandon the crypto. but if each of coin could increase to high then I am sure that people will open their mind that something new is coming and they can use for their purpose.
