I thought it would take until the end of Dec to reach the five-figure mark but it looks like it will be up to the mark tomorrow itself.

Will the price decrease after 10k? because many people are waiting to sell if the BTC reaches the 10k mark.

                                  OR

Will it's price is going to be increased more after that!

Is it too risky for a middle-class person to buy 1BTC now because of the stakes!

I think too much news that Bitcoin grow up $ 10K then makes a lot of people buy Bitcoin, Right now. that's the good news! but I do not know for sure after Bitcoin reaches $ 10k whether it will be increased more or even falling very sharply  Cheesy let's see. but personally target $10K  Cool

The main key to success is in the value of assets that are getting more valuable. Recommended Crypto Trading platform Binance.com

it seems like the CME news did its work and now there is no stopping bitcoin rise. soon the market itself will also be active and there may even be more rises by then.

well, we don't see the future so we can not tell you for sure.
so far the rise seems powerful enough with a lot of demand. also when you check the news and reports you can see there is a lot of money coming in these days which means the rise is really strong.

there will be some correction at some point and price will drop. by how much and when is not possible to say. maybe price goes to $11000 then drops to $10000 or maybe it goes to $10500 then drops to $9500 then up again and down again like most of these round number  targets.

there is no law in bitcoin or on exchanges to force "a middle-class person" to buy 1BTC, they can buy smaller amounts too!

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

These type of questions get asked everyday but no one is certain what is going to happen. So better to ask yourself whether do you want to hold for a long run or just here to be billionaire and buy a Mansion tomorrow? Because if you are try to wait for a dip, it my or may not happen. But if you want to hold your coins then surely it will be worth it if you buy anyday now!

This is prediction. nobody in the world can predict what will happen in the future. So we better wait for bitcoin price action and react on it.

Hi there bakerlisa510! Actually it surpasses the $10,000 mark in some market like in Korea wherein when you convert it back to $ it literally price at $10,626 two hours ago at the time I’m writing this post. However, after two hours watching it slowly drops to $10,589 which is not literally bad given the fact that there are currently more sellers than buyers. I think this phenomenon will also likely to happen in US bitcoin market so better watch out. Nevertheless, after the correction it could signal more deep or more higher price by next year. Hope it helps!   Wink

Another thread about this? Huh but anyway, i will still answer you, With what's happening now, I speculate that Bitcoin will fall a little bit and rise again the real fall will happen when CME will start their operation and let's see what will be the result from there, but as of now i am sure that Bitcoin will continue to rise and rise.

My prediction is that after the $10.000 hype a lot of people will buy Bitcoin. Then, after the news some hodlers will sell for profit and bring the price down. The newbies will panick sell (as usual) and the price will go down to $8.000. This will be a a good opportunity for strong hands to buy more. Next year price can easily go to $15.000 or higher.

I think that a slight decrease in value will be after the new year. Many will sell part of their Bitcoins, when the beautiful figure of 10,000 $, then due to the amount of BTC bolshogogo market, the price will fall, but not much, then gradual growth will begin again.

The price of Bitcoin might increase further more as BTC has already $10,000 in some exchanges. There will be correction though as the price has surged to hit $10,000 and many investors will be looking for an opportunity to buy more BTC. So just as the correction is made the price of BTC will increase with more stability and might cross $11000. Within the end of the year the price can rise upto $13k - $15k if the growth rate is same the next month.

Hitting $10,000 is not the problem. The question for me is how does the consolidation look like after this mega bull run?

I dont expect it to stop because of breaching $10,000, we expect a few corrections here and there and continue our journey to the moon.
I personally think that there will be a fall in the bitcoin.
A correction is inevitable because people are buying and selling everyday which is reflected in the price of btc.

I think it will probably go down after it hits past 10,000. I'm not good at trading though so I'm just gonna hold.

But the thing is people are facing is while selling the BTC. Late transaction is the most critical issue.

I think the price is expected to be between $10000-20000. There are too many people in the market to predict at will, which will cause harm to the growth of bitcoin. Only the community of the entire encrypted currency has grown, and the market value of bitcoin and other coins will increase steadily. The price driven by speculation is temporary.

We are just $30 away from 10k mark while writing this post. So probably  by the end of today we will see $10k mark breached by bitcoin if the global demand stays robust like past few days. Someone correctly mentioned that "CME adoption news did its job", and I too believe that. This is the first time a big financial institution is jumping in to the bitcoin market with a huge stake and the bitcoin price must move in to the positive direction, and that's exactly what is happening.

However, despite all the positive news, I see a correction incoming. But this correction won't last long. It will be a temporary impact by the traders who will sell their stakes to book the profit. This correction will make the bitcoin price upward again after gaining some strength and set the next expectation higher than the current level. So if you have a long term goal with bitcoin, go ahead and buy.
