1000$ to WAVES or NEM

Agree with the consensus on Waves, it represents 40% of my portfolio and I've very confident in the future of their platform.

I also want to be confident in this coin, but I can not. I look at the chart and understand that the price is constantly going down. The project has already ceased to bring profit and cause interest in people. And I do not like it

Nem has over 2 billion marketcap.
Waves has only half billion marketcap.

I would buy waves with $850 portion of the portfolio. The rest is $150 in this case, and I would buy NEM if I really have to do this. The chance to win more in waves in more than NEM.

   You have a point here, I noticed that! Except market cap, circulating supply is
also important, Waves have much less coins in circulation.
   Stellar Lumens, NEM, Ripple are coins with market cap higher then $1 billion, but
with price less then $1. Are they interesting for investing I think yes, and cause of
that reason I would split my investment on Waves and one of this coins.
   I plan to have them all, I do not have $1000 at the moment. I do it in stages, and
I am buying one by one.

There isn't a single alt coin over the last 60 days with a positive chart vs bitcoin that has gone from $4.5 to $11.5K.

I would go investing 70% in NEM and 30% in waves. Nem grew with less and peaked up in middle and now trended down. Its getting recovered and is at $0.021. Though Waves is at $4.69 now, the growth ratio has been normal. It started with $1.33, went up in middle on June 10, 2017 to $6.83 but came down drastically. Now its booming up again.

I will vote for NEM, Some said about the rumour about waves NG that will be implemented to the waves platform and that gives the ability to the waves platform process a lot of the transaction just in some seconds.
But nem still become a better choice than waves. If you are happy betting on the rumour and youn can try to pick waves.

You have to separate the risk. Never put your all eggs in the same basket. Maybe the distribution percentage can change like 40%-60%.
And another good strategy could be the percentage change between the coins. Follow the community and increase the percentage when there is an expectation.

But back on hand to earth, where we live in reality, I think we should not see Waves at $1,000 before first seeing it at $10, and then $100, and then we can think about the future beyond that.

NEM is really popular in Assia, but waves is really not famous there. Only Eropeans and Russians like waves, that's why I chose NEM here.

Yesterday myself and people who bought ETC made ~17%   .,
 as the graph stopped moving up for ETC for yesterday
i kept little more than half of ETC that i bought and will be keeping it for long term and sold the rest

So for today i wanna put some investment on XEM and/or WAVE ..,

WHY??

WAVES :

$588mln market cap and price @ ~5.6$ at time of posting with supply of 100mln waves
so it have the potential to reach 10$ when better wallet is made and if it's decentralized exchange get more attention
 and 50$ or more if market cap reached 5bln and that will happen when some tokens based on it reach good prices
also development is steady and more people from the community started adopting it

NEM:

Market Cap :$2bln supply of ~9bln XEM ., numbers doesn't indicate a rapid increase
but usage does as it is really revolutionary and that will make it a game changer.,
 with 100 XEM you can rent your own namespace and create tokens (Mosaics)
also you can use their provided code to make lots of useful
 services (Automatic Accounting,Anti-Counterfeiting, Voting, Crowdfunding, Stock Ownership,)
 apps (NEMPay,encrypted messaging)
also the Tx fees is really low that it can be used for micro-payment




i already have little of both but this time  willing to put 1000$

It is more realistic to be in Waves, because I really do believed that this one a real big potentials anyway and by others belief in this community
