99% of people that want to use a payment operator like you're suggesting use hacked accounts that WILL get charged back. Moneybookers, Payza, Neteller or Perfect Money are gonna get their money back, they don't like getting scammed. Guess where the money will come from ?
I'm not saying you use stolen account, maybe I'm lucky and met a very very rare case of an honest user that has somehow has acces to Moneybookers, Payza, Neteller or Perfect Money but can't find out how to buy a bitcoin....hmmmm

You right. I can load my btc-e account with perfect money but not able to use others payment processors.
Anyway, PXC will be a good investment.
