yes you are right ,, now lots of new ICO.
it will make us a little confused to choose a good ICO and we deserve to believe to be an investment.
but for me it will only choose a good range of ICO and worth to invest.
because usually if the ICO is good, the team will continue to work on developing and optimizing existing projects. it will make us more fortunate than having to choose to invest in all ICO.

I work on getting ETH and only invest 5-10% of it in ICO's monthly, just because there are more projects, doesn't mean I invest more. Just be more ruthless with your choices.

When it come to ICO, you are faced with unknown outcome and you can only speculate and hope that you are right in the long run! I will definitely look out for good project possibly project with working product and services. I will also look at some other project base on different parameters!

A few good investments. Unless a really good one pops up, most ICO's are people that are trying to get rich through their scam coins. There's so many out there now that most will die out. For me, I would just pick some reliable coins and let them sit there for a couple years to see where they take me.

Deciding if and ICO is good or bad requires experience and knowledge. You are right there are so many of them and most of them are not good on in other words scam. If you not an experienced investor don't put your money into some unknown ICO , just ask your friends or people who are in the business for a long time.
