Essentially this is describing a bit of social engineering which can be legally done to obtain credits. I think describing it as unlimited is a bit of a stretch because it is a bit time consuming and really you couldn't get away with making it work too many times within a certain time period. How many times within what time period? Hard to say, but I think if this is heavily abused they will end this mechanism and or limit individual accounts use of it. However I could see this being used repeatedly many times without issue. How many? Who knows. Overall I think the current price the seller is asking is within reason for the information.
