Cryptopia vs Poloniex BTC transacion fee ....20 time more !

Hi,

why Cryptopia have 0.002 BTC transacion fee while Polinex have 0.0001 BTC ?

How can justified 20 time more expensive fee on Cryptopia ?

bittrex 0.001 fee, i see poloniex low fee

Maybe it is better exchange BTC to Litecoin and transfer as litecoin if tranferring between Exchanges?

Poloniex does their btc withdrawals in a way that one transaction has many coins going to different addresses at the same time. That's probably the reason for their low withdrawal fee, their user base is so large that there are always multiple users doing withdrawals 24/7 and they combine a bunch of those into one large transaction so that every user only pays 0.0001, but the total fee from all of them is enough to get the tx its first confirmation very quickly.
