I have same problem send two transfers and verification it's not happening in the first one and second one not even show in the history as incoming transaction!

This has been happening with different altcoin withdrawals and it has become a normal thing in  Poloniex lol. So dont worry, they can fix it. But the trick is getting customer support to notice you.

Heres one trick you can do. You can tweet them about your problem. Because Twitter is public, they would have no choice but to help you in order not to look bad to the public.
