Hash-rate is single defining power that crypto mining expects. Can someone help me in getting latest top 4 performing graphics card based on

1. Multi-threaded architecture:  Solving SHA256 , Scrypt and X11 algorithms ( do we have gpus specializing in each - any links would be useful)
2. Memory Bandwidth - Is this the best parameter to consider than GFLOPS ?
3. Are Radeons (for eg Rx Vega 56) from XFX ATI MSI  ASUS or any other company perform same way?

Assuming ( correct me if wrong) :
1.GPU  RAM or core clock rate is not really a factor if it is 4gb-8gb DDR3+ to DDR5 and 1333+ MHz
2. PCI-express , PCIe 2.0 , PCIe 3.0 are backward compatable

Have posted this accidently in software forum . have posted it in mining hardware section. moderators pls delete if post does not belong here.
