Hash-rate is defining paramater that crypto mining expects.
Can someone help me in getting latest top 4 performing graphics card (with buying links) based on

1. Multi-threaded architecture:  Solving SHA256 , Scrypt and X11 algorithms ( do we have gpus specializing in each - any links would be useful)
2. Memory Bandwidth+ALU - Is this the best parameter to consider than GFLOPS ?
3. Do Radeons (for eg Rx Vega 56) from XFX ATI MSI ASUS or any other company perform same way?

Assuming ( correct me if wrong) :
1. GPU RAM or core clock rate is not really a factor if it is 4gb-8gb DDR3+ to DDR5 and 1333+ MHz
2.PCI-express , PCIe 2.0 ,PCIe 2.1, PCIe 3.0 are backward compatable

No one's mining SHA256, Scrypt and X11 algorithms with their GPUs, they've been mined with ASICS for a very long time.

Are Radeons (for eg Rx Vega 56) from XFX ATI MSI  ASUS or any other company perform same way?
At the moment all RX Vega cards are reference designs, so they're all identical and there's no difference between any of the brands. But it's supposed to change soon, some brands already presented their non-reference cards and we're all waiting for them to hit the stores.
