Yeah 1070 is good for mining almost any algo that worth mining with GPU right now and have PSU you can set up mining with old mainboards too.
and for motherboard H110 Pro BTC+ is quite good for later too if you wanted to add more GPUS.

Not possible how exactly? Any PC made in the last 10 or so years should have a PCI-e x16 slot to run this card. And it only consumes up to ~150W so doesn't need a super powerful PSU either.

You gotta learn at least the basics. Otherwise how are you going to build a new pc and mine with it? Building a system is a lot easier than successfully mining with it, you'll have to learn so many things that you might as well start from basics anyway.
But still if you decided to build a new PC, and all you have is just one card, then pretty much anything will work. Any motherboard with pci-e x16 slot, any case that your card would fit in (matx tower or larger) and a PSU that has at least 400W of power on the 12V rail (any decent 500+ W ATX PSU will work). Pretty much 99.9% of typical PC hardware will work for you. People come here to select motherboards that allow to run 6 graphics cards or more.. that does pose some challenges, but for just one card you can use almost anything. Your fujitsu could probably work as well, provided it's a standard factor PC and not some thin client or something.
