yup! us noobs really don't no much about nothing heh heh, so better punish us.

Anyway it's probably not a bad thing, its just painful that we get shoved in with those who can't be bothered to learn something about bitcoin before they stampede all over the forum with silly questions that can be answered faster with a Google search.

Having new users post at least once, and then waiting at least 4 hours (for a human to review it) also helps keep out spammers and bots. Should save everyone some time.
