thank you all for supporting me. I have successfully withdrawn my refund from sportsbet.io. And not only that they compensated me extra 0.002 btc.
I feel sorry for stretching the issue so far for them. So now the issue has been resolved and I am satisfied with their service.
Thanks you all once again.

Again another scam accusation? What is happening to the crypto world?  Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry
Why everyone and every company are intended to scam nowadays?  Roll Eyes

Bittrex, Fairlay and now Sportbet... Who's next?  Roll Eyes

There is really a regulation lacking, and that's why every company successfully scams their customers.

How to stop this scam shit?

So I heard about sportsbet.io 10mbtc first bet refund ( if you loose it) offer. Before opening account I inquire about my eligibility for availing that offer and they said yes I can go ahead and deposit. After that I deposit 10mbtc nd placed a tennis bet at 1.5 odds and lost it. When I asked for refund on live chat they told me that it will be processed after 24 hour, after 24 hours they told me that it will be processed in couple of hours and that they told me that I am not eligible for refund.
I have every proof of my chats and betting history (in case if they try to delete it). I will move this post to scam allegation section if there will be no refund in next 12 hours. I am giving them 12 hours to sort out if any technical difficulties or other things are there and pay me 10 mbtc as per their promotion.

As for now I am sharing my live chat details here and will share every information after 12 hours if not get the refund

https://imgur.com/a/Jx4Sx

Looking through the conversation I didn't see where you had asked before hand about the promotion. I could be wrong and may have missed it. I find it very hard to believe that a casino/sportsbook would turn to scamming for 10 mbtc. I think you were either ineligible in the first place or there is a mistake on their part, which if they investigate they will notice & refund the bet. I'm not saying your right or wrong here I just think for such a small amount there is just a misunderstanding. Goodluck getting your free bet.

There's essentialy no proof here, however this is the 2nd scam accusation against sportsbet in a couple of days (the other one is without proof too  Shocked).

That means you have not look carefully, I sent him a screen shot where another agent is telling me that your refund will be processed in couple of hours and sorry of delay.
As a trusted member of this forum I can send you my login details and you check for yourself and then tell me if there is any thing fishy or wrong, there is nothing like duplication of account or any thing, this was my first bet at sportsbet.io. look this one..

https://imgur.com/a/iFB6q

whats else do you want, I never doubted them initially so I did not bother to record live chat but after having doubt I recorded every thing. And this is not merely about 10mbtc this is about fishing people with wrong promotions.

Sure, hit me up with the details and I'll confirm if it was indeed your first bet.

And your right, even without the screen of you asking if your elgible, there was a promo of a 10 mbtc risk free first bet, so I don't see how/why you wouldn't be elgible for the promotion.

Should I accept your reply as FOUL?
If you don't accept my opinion and think its worthless then just ignore it. And offensive replies are not acceptable at any cost.
It seems you are supporting these kind of scams, otherwise you should have shown concern and suggested a solution about it.

Bittrex is holding millions of dollars and not paying to their users.... What is your solution?

Fairlay scammed a user over 1 btc, still not paid... What is your solution?

Now Sportbet... What is your solution?

Ico's are scamming on regular basis nowadays... what is your solution?

If you can't find a solution then fuck yourself. It may give you relief.

No Offence!

When i opened this thread, I was expecting a scam accusation for more then $100.
But this is just a waste of time.

Ive never had a problem with sportsbet- in fact their customer service is better than most.  There arent many with live chats.

Why would this book scam you for such little money? That is nothing for them.

After looking at your post history, you claimed Nitrogen scammed you as well.
Maybe these sportsbooks are smarter the you think and know that you are in fact the one trying to pull over the scam?

They probably found you breaching their T.O.S rules and regulation in using their site.
They can deny to pay you your claim of collecting the bonuses they give for these kind of bets.
Something from attempting to double spending using their casino wallet all the way to having several accounts registered using the same ip address to collect more than once during their promotion or for referral bonuses given.

it's been ages since I place a bet in sportsbet.io , but they still have their bad repu
no idea about the risk free 10 mbtc first bet terms  , but since they said that they gonna pay you then this gives them no excuse !!
any site can start claiming that you created many accounts and they won't pay you cause you cheated , but since you have asked them twice about the money then they have to pay you

in general the community here can't help if the site doesn't care about their repu

They prob planned on paying him but when he was found to be in violation of TOS, they told him to piss off.  So now he cries to the message board.

Thats the most logical explanation.

Please do not boast here just for posting, it can happen with any one and for your kind information nitrogensports paid me in full that too over 0.25 btc, that was a technical error on their part and they as a honest broker paid me in full. This is not good to carry fake campaign just to attract people.

Just because the amount is small that doesn't mean we should ignore it, a scam is a scam no matter what the amount. Maybe the other support that you had conversation with got confused.

I participated in most of their promotion (priceboost, moneyback, free bet, etc) and haven't experienced any problems except for the extended delays when they'll credit back your losses or extra winnings. Have you tried talking to a different support?

You are asked to send a support email, did you send it already? At least you should will know the answer why you were not eligible for the risk free bet promo. Did you follow all the terms of the promo? My advise, keep on contacting support till you know the exact reason why you do not get the promo. If you did something against the rule, so for sure you wont get any refunds.

Now I had a decent chat with another live chat agent. He seems to be humble and cooperative, he told me to write a email to security team and the issue will resolve. So I mailed the security staff about the issue and now I am waiting for refund to be credited once done I will update this thread.
