pool.itzod.ru isn't giving me btc for shares?

I haven't mined for a while, but I mined for about 10 hours and got like 15k shares.. But I only got 0.00445302 btc. Do they have a new system that it gives me all of it at once? And is that really how much I get now for PPS?

Mining for 10 hours?  Is that all the info you're going to give us?  How about telling us your hashrate?  

Did you use the calculator on the front page that tells you how much to expect?  Difficulty has gone up a lot recently, so you'll not get the same payback you would have "a while ago".

They also have a thread here somewhere, maybe ask in there?  I know the LTC end of the pool had some issues in the past few days.
