There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

BTT forums in a nutshell.

In fact, it was pretty obvious that something like this would happen (it always happens).

OP, can you lock this thread so we don't get every fucking newbie member coming here and shitposting?  You got your answer, and it should be clear to anyone here how to get that userID #.  Thank you.

I know right... Post Farming is getting insane on Bitcointalk. I've been inactive for some time, but I don't remember there being so much of this post farming a couple months ago?

I mean... There was some, but it wasn't really a plague. This is just insane.

I hope it gets reduced one way or the other soon too... Would be nice to have some cleaners around here.

It's just going to keep on increasing, if the price or Bitcoin keeps on going in an upward fashion. Moderators do their best, and a lot of the members around here must be reporting hundreds of reports a day. It's not going to be stopped until the signature campaigns and bounties are combated against. Perhaps hilariousandco's suggestion is worth looking into.
