This religious authortiy claims these cryptocurrencies are not compatible with Islam "now" since they are not regulated by the government and being used for money laundering, highly affected by speculations and some more stuff.

Declaring the news to its readers by recommending to focus on the innovation and technology instead of these religious bullshits in the final paragraph.

Then Turkey's most popular app Bundle sent it to all of its users in Turkey, and as you can imagine, it become a trending topic in Twitter and talked most on the let's say Reddit of Turkey;

I think this question is interesting, I am not concerned but had this same question in my mind before. I see this case differently:
Fiats are also used for money laundering, Muslims use it daily still. However, Trading is allowed but not making interests.
So the one using crypto as it is, a currency, for buying (so trading) the daily needs etc it's fine. The one using it as an investment, it's haram like it can be with stock market
