Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure the best place to ask.

I've yet to receive a response from Bitmain and unsure what to do in this circumstance.

Customs are refusing the release the articles(have a few s9's) and it's costing me around 100$ a day in holding fees until I can resolve the issue.

-WayBill declared value is 950 while invoice issued by BitMain stated 1508
-WayBill declared value of 1360 while invoice issued by BitMain stated 2040

What is the best way to proceed, can I somehow get FedEx to reship or escalate this with BitMain somehow?

Honestly if it is costing you 100$ to have them held there, you might just have to pay the extra customs and try and sort it out later.
You likely won't ever recover the funds, but the longer you let it sit the more you pay in holding, lost mining, and you still pay what they want. I'm not even sure what country you are in bit isn't the overpayment a minimum of 150 to max of 300$.
I hate overpaying to but sometimes you have to cut your loses

I offered to pay the duty on highest invoice rate but they're not having it. They want the invoices to match and I should pay duty accordingly.

I've got the invoice from bitmain and now they won't accept those either as first one sent by email had Stamp and the recent one was just an electronic copy with no stamp.

I would suggest of having the items returned to Bitmain and just resend it to you with the correct invoices and waybills. I saw on their website that you just need to pay the shipping of the items again rather than being charged of $100 per day. You can also discuss how the shipping fees should be resolved if it was their fault.
