Don't be stress ,keep calm and be patience. This is risk in cryptocurrency when you got loss. Better than you join a signal trading, i think signal trading can help you to do trade. I always buy coin with high volume and price still green. I can take 20% profit a day from trading. I hope your luck can better than now

maybe if you try to cut your losses when the coin has daily roller coster in price than you could be able to average the cost of your buyings and in the slightest pump you could get off from them.

true sometimes we just need to stay calm no matter what may happen the profit of what you wanted you may still have it but of course be dedicated for what you love buy the coin that are having potential sometimes this is the reason why you make some loss.

I was joining in trading in the beggining of this year.
The price of BTC at the time getting highrr.
It. S like will never be down back as the lower price.
I bought some coins too.
You know what happened. It, s getting lower day by day.
I have no idea and blind about how to trade.

This post was posted November 2017 and bitcoin surged last December so I guess that time OP already recover some of his losses. Though the market is going through a tough times these days many are surely losing some significant amount from their investment yet they still choose to hold.

Personally when I'm torn between this, I still choose to hold instead of selling it at loss. I just stand from my decision to hold until I get my desire value.

I suggest you to do not trade anymore, because you will end much more money than what you have already lost. Trading is not for everyone in here, if you do not have skills, or if you do not know much about trading markets, then you are very exposed to losses.

Without trading means accepting losses in this market, I think we should continue to trade and see this failure as a lesson learned worth avoiding. Everyone will fail on the market, but to succeed, get yourself up and draw lessons for yourself, so that you can succeed. Only if you have failed to fear and do not dare invest will forever fail.

My advise for you, keep learning your mistakes and don't give up. You should only pick major coins with huge volume. Why? Because it is not that easy for money movers to manipulate it. Losing 50% of your capital is normal in altcoins, most of them fluctuate about 20-40% a day. Don't compare this percentage loss with real world stock markets. When you lose this, you should know you can earn it back with the same ratio soon.

I would really love to know about those altcoins that fluctuate this much per day because those assets can make day traders very rich within a short duration of time.

Believe me or not, it is just bitcoin which shows an amazing fluctuation in its worth on daily basis and if fails in doing so, then no altcoin can change its value too much on daily basis. Everyone knows that altcoins depend on bitcoin for their progress.

It takes time for sure if you lost it does not mean to be hopeless and forget about trading next time,. Lose and profit is part of business but I think if you are using crypt currency then it is good to hold with patience you are at fallen price phase or you are aware of it that price will be down these days, people get lose only because of panic selling so if you will overcome your weak point of selling at panic you will only earn will never get lose.
