Satoshi Nakamoto identity debate seems always to be a never-ending one. A few days ago, SpaceX intern blogged that Elon Musk is most probably the real bitcoin founder, Satoshi. However, Musk clarified that he was not the creator of Bitcoin.

I have a feeling that a lot of press coverage of Elon Musk is just a subtle work of his PR-managers, they've successfully turned him into celebrity businessman in order to get more attention for his products. I don't think that it's a coincidence that right during Bitcoin's biggest rally, when BTC is at ATH almost every day, some intern comes up with his blog post that Elon might be Satoshi - this was a precise timing to get as much attention as possible, since media coverage of Bitcoin is also very high at the moment. That blog post contained zero evidence that Musk might be Satoshi, in fact it was the same baseless speculation as we've seen many times - "he must be Satoshi because he is smart, and can code and whatever". Satoshi should be considered unidentified as long as no cryptographic or other strong proof is presented. Period.

It's all about advertisement I guess that's why media are riding the issues that Elon Musk was the Bitcoin creator because we all know that Elon is a co-chairmain of OpenAI and a smart guy too when it comes to Artificial Intelligence and that is the trend for modern technology right now. it is more believe-able that Andreas M. Antonopoulos is the creator of the first cryptocurrency as he's so knowledgeable about it and capable of answering almost all of the different questions regarding with Bitcoin.

Of course it's a subtle PR stunt, perhaps not from the direct PR/comms department, but someone at SpaceX had to suggest the idea to the intern, or gave it due attention. I'm sure Musk would be embarrassed to lay claim to this, he's a forward thinker in his own right, but has nowhere near the sort of technical mastery that "Nakamoto" had to put together those nine pages of pure, uncluttered brilliance that is the Bitcoin whitepaper.

I still feel that Bry, Kin and Oksman had the closest links, even if they denied any connection.

All that hardly matters now. One of the least fascinating revivals of the attempt to uncover Nakamoto's identity (ies).
