I read a lot of what to buy, the top 10, 20, most likely to go 100x. But what coin in the top 20 of market cap would you absolutely stay away from and why? Please stay in the top 20.

Mine are:
XRP - Ripple. Way over hyped and I think the banks are developing their own blockchains with their own teams.

XMR - Monero. Hyped that it is secure and anonymous but I've read that a transaction can be traced to an IP address. That surely is NOT anonymous!

Thanks for all replies.
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

i would say Bitcoin cash and ethereum classic. both are in top 20 but for no a good reason. just cuz of their name maybe Smiley
i dont know even why there is an alt as etc and what it is for ?
really why people use etc or buy or HODL ?
tether also its not in top 20 but currently 21th on list. they just give market tether every time and with no reason. i think that would be problem after a few months.

For sure Bitcoin gold, I even see it as a scam. Bitcoin cash, it has been manipulated more than once. Finally, Cardano but only because went too high too fast and I am completely ignorant about it (Maybe will buy later if price corrects and I read more about the coin).

I'd avoid IOTA and Ripple.

Ripple is centralized project backed by the banks. Also, I think it's quite overpriced right and since its supply is too high, it will never reach high prices.
IOTA is a total scam. Devs created new coins from scratch just to profit. I think this project should be avoided like the plague. Also, its price is too high right now compared to its value, It already valued and has no reason to be in the top 20.

For me waves and Ada simply because for waves it's progress is like a waves also you do not really know when you can get profit for it's so shakey same as Ada the progress is somehow blury in a sense that even if it shows progress but it is more on pulling not pushing so you might end up with nothing.

I have to agree with the ETC, there doesn't seem to be much enthusiasm for this coin. Not sure about Bitcoin cash, that could be a dark horse but I'm not willing to put money in it to find out.
