I have $6200 on my paypal. I want to buy btc with it. Localbitcoins paypal preev is very harsh.
If you're selling btc with good preev please contact me. I will go first for hero and legendaries and i will wait for days avoid to dispute, chargeback or something. Accounts has no linked a card, so chargeback impossible but still i can wait. For other users we can use middleman or whatever you want.

To avoid chargeback You should wait 180 days , otherwise no one will sell btc to you.(newbie withaut trade history)

Even if you take risk for paypal chargeback, you should use escrow,
 because you both haven't trust for such amount of trade, and scam can come is your side also.

you can withdraw your paypal funds to the bank, then buy BTC with bank or cash. maybe that's better.

I said it earlier today, I personally know people who got scammed out of btc with PayPal, I will strongly suggest not to even consider it.

For this reason I do not recommend paypal, something similar has happened to me and from then on, I always choose localbitcoin that even though its fees are too high to withdraw your coins, it is more reliable.
