How did you lock your account ?  Roll Eyes
Did you deliberately tried setting your password using the secret question ? I don/t know how long does that take to get unlocked. You could have just provided the signed messages and asked a DT member to leave negative feedback until the account was successfully under your control.

The Bitcoin Forum Team locked his account and not him, they asked him if he did the changing of password and email address with the specific IP address then if not they will lock his account if he visit the given URL link.

All you need to do is to follow the instruction that is given by theymos here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

theymos said that 'Send one PM to Cyrus. If Cyrus doesn't respond after two weeks, you can try sending a PM to me instead.' so posting it here will not help you.

That post WAS edited.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

This might render the address to be useless, AFAIK the post has to be 100% unedit, Regardless, best of luck recovering your account. Must suck...

I think the admins can see the edited history of a post. But it requires a little bit of work to see it. Maybe they will do it for higher leveled accounts. If they can't see the edit history then that should be something which is implemented into the new forum.

Just move your mouse over date of post you will see.
The post with your address has been edited 3 days after date of original post so it's useless to prevent right one

To me, in general, why do you pay attention to editing the post and not the editing date? The user was hacked a month after editing the post itself. That is, the post was edited in October, nobody changed it, and only a month later, in November, the account was hacked. Where is the logic?   Moreover, the injured party provided evidence that the wallet in the post belongs to her.
