I`m banging my head lately against going back to fiat with altcoins considering how Ethereum and Bitcoin are spiking hard.
Either way we are loosing money no matter how much altcoins been successfull, so I`m asking myself what common sense this altcoin business has at all.
Is there any reasonable way to turn altcoins to fiat?

The best idea ultimately is probably to wait for Bitcoin to shoot up in value to buy the main altcoins like electrum/litecoin when they're at low rates (LTC can fall to 7.5mbtc and even lower). Then wait for the inevitible Bitcoin Crash (may take a while). You only need it to start falling to begin buying up altcoins again as their price will recover at a faster rate than bitcoin will sink.
