Why?

Because: BFL ASIC seized by EU , european & german Customs

Rumor (NOT!) has it that the FCC is next to get in on the act.

The writing is on the wall.

What's your queue number?
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

No queue, refund requests are being rejected because "all sales are final".

What a despicable bunch of amateurs.

Rampion someone on here in another thread said if you paid by Paypal and complain to them about BFL's treatment they will honour the refund outside of 45 days...

I read that this morning.

What's your queue number?

Could mean good news for non EU customers. Lower difficulty!

I requested my refund in March, thank goodness!  It took about a week to process.  Sorry to all those who stuck it out..

F**k you, from all their EU customers, and their global ones too, because the company is over if they have really done this. Do you honestly think something as powerful as the European Union will simply dismiss this if 'CE' badges are fraudulently stuck on?! It's a safety requirement taken very seriously. This is more than seizing items as the company can be traced. This means a knock on the door from Interpol. If this is the case try should be shi**ing bricks, especially as one of their board is apparently known to them already...

...with his guard poodle acting as security. Nobody in their right mind would near that rainbow-colored bitch.

I wonder if the CE certificate was affixed next to their FCC label.

It should be next to this one:

I genuinely don't believe this is the case. It has to be a mistake. Someone else wrote it was to do with the handbook and not the device...

It's the handbook and the device (the power plug). Because of the blade plug German customs doubts that the CE marking is genuine - and transferred the device to the regional authority for further investigation.

Shh, don't let the datacenter know that they [possibly/apparently] run uncertified hardware. The charges and fees would be enormous I would bet.

At this point it's just damage control , shills, shills, and more shills.

This thread doesn't seem to be anything but insults and yelling (and I already deleted some of the nastier comments—).
