Rampion someone on here in another thread said if you paid by Paypal and complain to them about BFL's treatment they will honour the refund outside of 45 days... I read that this morning. |

Do you honestly think something as powerful as the European Union will simply dismiss this if 'CE' badges are fraudulently stuck on?! It's a safety requirement taken very seriously. This is more than seizing items as the company can be traced. This means a knock on the door from Interpol. If this is the case try should be shi**ing bricks, especially as one of their board is apparently known to them already... |

It's the handbook and the device (the power plug). Because of the blade plug German customs doubts that the CE marking is genuine - and transferred the device to the regional authority for further investigation. |
