Look up your transaction and see if it actually got confirmed, and if it got confirmed to the adress you sent it to. It might be that your bitcoin transaction has been broadcasted, but not yet confirmed, hence why it shows up as bitstamp as "finished", and not yet in your wallet.

If you don't mind me asking, what wallet are you using, and what is your transaction ID?

Not sure what Bitstamps "Hardware Wallet withdrawl" thing is all about... Huh but that shouldn't make any difference. Hardware wallets don't generate "special" bitcoin addresses that require you to send coins to them in a special way... and the bitcoin network doesn't know what kind of wallet any given address belongs to. All it cares about is that the bitcoin address is "valid".

Looking at the address you have provided... it has received two payments of around 0.1 btc... and currently has a balance of around 0.205 BTC

1st Trans: https://blockchain.info/tx/b25b16980bbde329b88c84ae63d6f2d1d85152d8167125feba72f9fd5bf3d0ff 0.10334526 BTC
2nd Trans: https://blockchain.info/tx/ffb51f61a43a2b421e1da611bff35f4d67d91f769f9b5dd02a4f2cd2b03ede27 0.10255847 BTC

Where are you checking the balance of your address?
