Hi Anthony, We are launching our beta (demo) version first with the plan to release a full version of our platform early 2018. We are going to be first removing estate agents from the process allowing buyers and sellers to communicate, negotiate and arrange viewings directly along with list properties for sell directly too. Once we have proven that this model works and have built up a customer base of both buyers and sellers using our platform, we will then look to remove solicitors from the process by using smart contracts to carry out the legal work in house. Once the UK HM Land registry have completed building their new land registry system which they have announced (In their business strategy document 2017-2022
'LINK HERE' will be completed by 2022, we will be able to then complete the conveying in house too again with the use of smart contracts.
We are releasing an updated whitepaper very soon to include all the changes we have made with regards to our platform and token system and the property industry.
