Everytime I run my command prompt or my regedit the PC restarts by itself. How do I fix it?

I suggest you at least try to fix it by yourself then seek help if you fail. You have access to internet, I have a pc and thought myself to fix it alone since I first had my own PC, the internet can help you but still try to at least learn before seeking help. It's better that way.

Use a malwarescanner, just in case.

I think you should go to some computer repair center and let them do their business.. You pay not more than $20-30 i guess.. If everybody do his work it will be good for everyone

may be u should install some good antivirus with original license , I suggest Kaspersky
