I would like to announce "Pablo's Escrow Service," a new service in our line.

We feel we can distinguish ourselves in a few areas:
1. We are not anonymous people, we are a real company, our business address and our contact phone number are plastered all over the websites we operate. You can always reach us by phone during EST business hours. In case you missed them, I will be posting the data at the end of this post.
2. We specialize in online customer service, we have been doing it for years, from call centers to websites, we've run the gamut.
3. We have security specialists on call who monitor our account activities and services. All our Bitcoins are held in offline wallets and all transactions are generated from offline computers. All online computers are secured internally and externally, as well as constantly monitored of suspicious activity.
4. As a real company, we have assets to cover losses in case we are hacked.
We feel we can offer a new and personalized service where you know who we are and can reach us by phone or email at your leisure to conduct your business. You on the other hand can remain completely anonymous.
Standard Fees are 1.0% + 2 USD. Other fees may apply for large volume transactions.
The only information we require from you, aside from the normal things needed to fill an escrow contract such as transaction amount and object of transaction, is to know if either party to the transaction is U.S. based so that we may pay applicable sales taxes. We only need to know you are in the country, nothing more. Although our company is based in Bolilvia, we are still required to pay these.

The only valid communications for Pablo's Escrow service will BOTH be signed by GPG Key () AND come from the
BitcoinEscrow@cryptoheaven.com email address. Communications that fulfill one of these requirements, but not the other, should be considered invalid and we assume no responsibility for them.

Escrow is only responsible for funds up to the point when they are released to the seller by agreement of the buyer or through special circumstances detailed below. Any issues arising after this point are beyond the purview of the Escrow Agent. Escrow agent will however attempt to mediate disputes arising from this situation if applicable.
This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of
facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer,
which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.
The escrow holder, Pablo Lema, assumes and gives no liability or
guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although
he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest
extent he is capable of. On the event that any problems arise,
he will release the escrow to whichever party presents him
with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion
with others. Buyer and seller agree to these terms and renounce any right to complaint or action of any sort thereafter.
Verbal acceptance by both parties or the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitute the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.
The fee for this transaction will be of 1.0% plus 2 USD of the gross amount held in Escrow.
