We are looking for help to make a new coin

Hi, we are making a cryptocurrency coin and we need a professional website and whitepaper, we already started a bit some basic design and code.
So we are looking for help on this forum in exchange we will give a 2% off all coins to each team member. We are a startup so we prefer to invest all our money in ads/sponsors than website creator.If you are interested and would like to be a part of this project please contact me, even if this crypto doesn't become as famous as bitcoin it will at least take some value so you will get some money plus a lot of experience from this project.
I know my account is new but that doesn't mean anything because I'm only asking to make a team not to chill on this website (even if there is really nice information about coins/tokens, ico ...), we just need one or 2 more people on the team to finish this project quicker.
