Genesis-Mining hasn't paid me for the monero contracts since august, 4 months no proper response.
I have invested 52,000$ in Genesis-mining, approximately 30 BTC.

One of the best reviews on genesis. There seems to be 2 camps on cloud mining. One says just buy bitcoin and hold and the other feels mining x11 is the way to go. With anything do your research.

Well... I was new and not informed about this. I think I was tricked by their Mining farm videos on Youtube and unfortunately I've invested all my last savings there

Being is not an excuse when it comes to investment and putting your money on it because you should be wary on all the risk regarding where you're placing your investment into because as anomaly such this might happen because in an investment before you come up with a final decision you have to do your research and make an analysis before you come up with a solution.

Then you invested $52.000 in genesis mining and according to what you said you are not paid and even if you have a invested high amount of money, you limit yourself to contact the support by the form/email and you simply post in a forum where more than 90% of the members are anonymous people?

No one can declare a service as scam unless there are enough proof to denote the opposite. You feel you have been scammed then you should go for legal actions and not just post in this forum. There are too many cloud mining scams out there but genesis was supposed to be a legit one. But in course of time several people have been calling it scam as well.

Though I am neutral in this regard I would advice the OP to seek legal action like Slow Death said. If you are really forbidden to travel anywhere then I am sorry no one can help you.

sometimes people can't take legal action , me personally I know how it feels for not being able to do that
cause I had a problem with poloniex few months ago and there was nothing that I could do except sharing here in the forums and hoping that my topic can help cause I'm a Syrian citizen and polo is an Ameican company ( I guess you know how this world works   )
so by sharing his experience there is nothing wrong , at least he can save some other members from falling into genesis mining trap

cause to be honest the only people I know that benefited from GM are the scumbags youtubers who are sharing their refs and spreading false info

In general people should stay away from cloud mining as they are most likely a scam. But when it comes to genesis mining, there's a lot of mixed opinions about it all over the net. There proofs that people get paid and proofs that people don't(like you). In any case, you should not invest all your savings in something that is filled with issues.

Wow, that is a huge amount of money that you have invested into cloud mining sites, I am not sure whether it is a good decision to invest into genesis mining at first, but after reading your post about your issue with them, I guess it would be better for everyone to avoid using their cloud mining service.

There seems some issue with there monero payments i had also stopped receiving payments for like 2 weeks but since friday it has been
working perfectly for me and it's weird as i have been mining with them for 2 years and received all my payments.

Maybe it's better if you wait a little longer you have already not received for couple of months but if you complain like this they might just block your account.

Plus $50k or 30 btc just in mining is too much you should have thought twice before investing such a amount.

So far, the Genesis payout dashboard seems to be quite random ... I have XMR contracts and BTC contracts - they've not missed a payment to my BTC address (apart from the very first day of the contract) ... XMR seems to be quite random - I've opened a ticket for payout and that came through quite promptly.

They pretty much admitted that they had an issue with missing payouts so i don't doubt your claim at all. Also it's funny because every single time you contact them they have to contact the IT team and get back to you, absolutely horrendous customer service.

Since they recognized that there were a ton of missing payouts though, hopefully it means that they will eventually reimburse the investors that have suffered from this as a result of this bug that we're seeing from their end.

I would NOT trust genesis mining with a single cent based on all these accusations rising up.

Pro Tip:  NEVER invest in "cloud mining".  They're all ponzi schemes.  Every single one of them.  I've been into Bitcoin for several years now, and people always claim "nah this one is legit they've been working for over a year" and then the company goes belly-up and scams its clients.  It's only a matter of time.

These sites still exist because people are dumb and still fall for them; they don't do any research.

If a company really could do all this cloud mining and mine tons of BTC, why the fuck would they share their profits with you?
