I can do it .. but you price over the cost w=is quite low also you mention escrow escrow free are quite high if you can see ..so that also you have to bear ..

I don't have paypal but I do have bitcoin debit card, if your online shop accepts Debit card, I can buy it for you
Escrow is no problem, but you will have to pay escorw's fee if there's any
