I performed a withdrawal operation in the browser.
I confirmed the withdrawal with the e-mail after the operation and changed to "In process" state at "pending withdrawals" window.

The withdrawal is not completed even if it passes more than one week with the state of "In process".

I issued a ticket with Yobit.NET support and contacted Yobit, but I have not heard back from it even after more than a week.

What should I do. Can someone please help me? Cry

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

yobit again, this is a problem we often hear here. no one can help you, if they do not respond you can send the ticket again or dm to yobit twitter account and we can just wait.

What was the crypto that you requested? They have problems with a lot of coins, but I know they usually process the "big coins" quite quickly, in my experience, for BTC, ETH and LTC. Do you have a balance of at least 100,000 satoshi? If so, you can chat in the chatroom, wait for a moderator to appear and try ask directly. They usually respond quite quickly there.

I know they have problems with some wallets, but that is the same problem with all the exchanges and these small coins.

the reason for this issue is most probably because Yobit doesn't have that particular coin to pay you with. their wallets are empty. you either have to wait until they fill the wallet, go to their cold storage, or cancel your withdrawal and give back the money to your account balance.
there is sadly nothing else you can do.

After Yobit.NET's support ticket is issued, how long will it be reply?

What is that coin you are trying to withdraw? There's no way that I can help you out with it. And if you had issued a ticket, you had to wait for their reply and get into your query.

What is that coin you are trying to withdraw? There's no way that I can help you out with it. And if you had issued a ticket, you had to wait for their reply and get into your query.

I would suggest you to open another ticket. And another one.
Also search for their thread in this forum and complain there.

There could be several reasons, that withdraw is pending so long. Most are already explained by preposters here. Depending on the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, sometimes updates of all wallets are needed. That happens , when coin devs upgrade. As long as exchangers don't update wallets, coins can't be sent.
For larger payout amounts of exotic coins I go to the respective page of the devs, to make sure that everything is fine with the coin itself.
In any case, it is worth a post in scam accusation, if withdraw takes several weeks without answer.
I wish you all luck you need , to get your funds out.

Actually, the worst happened today!

Today, when I looked at the "pending withdrawals" window, the record "In Process" disappeared.
In addition, I saw Yobit's withdraw history, the status was "completed".

I thought that the withdrawal was successful, and I checked the deposit destination Bittrex, but it was not deposited in my balance.
Unfortunately, nothing is written in Bittrex's PENDING DEPOSITS.
There is no mistake in the deposit address.

In a nutshell, the coin has disappeared!
This is a scam!
But, I do not know which of Yobit and Bittrex did the fraud.

What should I do?
Should I also contact Bittrex that I designated as a deposit?

I use yobit and I have done so for many months. This is strange and I am unsure why it happened. Unfortunetly yobits support is none existant and you better off contacting bittrex and asking them. You should not be exchange between exchanges though, well that is what they say so this doesn't happen but I think that is nonesense.

Don't wait for the support to reply to you, I doubt it that they'll reply. A lot of problems that are being posted here on the forum and no one even a representative coming from them has ever replied. This is just my guess on your case, you have withdrew successfully but since it is still in the process probably when you requested that the funds was dry already and someone took the last fund that's on their hot wallet. The only thing you can do now is to wait it to be refilled.

I thought that the withdrawal was successful, and I checked the deposit destination Bittrex, but it was not deposited in my balance.
Unfortunately, nothing is written in Bittrex's PENDING DEPOSITS.
There is no mistake in the deposit address.

In a nutshell, the coin has disappeared!
This is a scam!
But, I do not know which of Yobit and Bittrex did the fraud.

What should I do?
Should I also contact Bittrex that I designated as a deposit?

Only them can solve their problem when it comes to stuck withdrawals, maintenance wallets and other existing problems that their traders are experiencing. No one can help you here but only those people who are working for yobit's website who can handle and does have control to the hot wallets, ingoing and outgoing transactions. Flee from them already and just hope that you'll problem will get some help and will be noticed by any of their rep.

There are many issue with yobit withdrawal. Many people raised these issues repeatedly from the people but whether yobit is solving or not nobody don't know because after receiving withdrawal they will not share any info here.

Damn, sorry to hear about whats happening to you. I am glad that I came across this post after googling if Yobit is legit or not.

I was going to arbitrage a coin that doesn't get much volume on their site since for some reason it is 40% lower than every other exchange...I don't think I will be taking that risk now.

I hope you get that situation figured out. That is completely unacceptable with that wait time and still not receiving a response...such a joke.

I have a stucked dogecoin withdrawal transaction, in the state "Sending". I know yobit service isn't the best al all, but since now i've never had problems using old coins like btc,ltc,doge,ecc.. on there.

some case for few of coin is true, but there are solutions for me that are: if you wanna withdraw coin like a btc and the other, convert first to dogecoin, and then withdraw your doge, it is fast confirmation

Just to add that I made five separate withdrawals, all different coins since 5th January. All of them sent the confirmation email immediately, which I clicked. And all of them were processed within 2 to 3 hours, except for Bitcoin which was in fact in under 10 minutes. So, nothing has really changed, withdrawals are still being processed with no issues. Also to note, all of them were above $100 in various altcoins and Bitcoin itself.

Whatever you guys are facing, I seem to be all right from it.

Update... its been 5 days since my 1st transaction started having issues (Ref screenshot "In Progress")

I performed a withdrawal operation in the browser.
I confirmed the withdrawal with the e-mail after the operation and changed to "In process" state at "pending withdrawals" window.

The withdrawal is not completed even if it passes more than one week with the state of "In process".

I issued a ticket with Yobit.NET support and contacted Yobit, but I have not heard back from it even after more than a week.

10 hours ago I did Withdraw in yobit using DogeCoin, and it worked
before I sell coins with a little coin deposit, then try to Withdraw and succeed
then Withdraw first successful, I ventured to deposit all assets, and bought doge coin then I withdraw, and succeed

once you withdraw using dogecoin cost 100 doge or equivalent to 6400 satoshi

The only way you will get answers is through support so better send support ticket or better chat with the live person who is dealing the support tickets. To get reply from the support you have to send support ticket.
i already sent many tickets but get no answers

usually Yobit will reply within 2x 24 hours
if passing from it, contact again via email and ticket

Is it serious? I have a ticket from January 16. No reaction. What hours are you talking about?

Should i get back my tokens? i am currently storing an alt there waiting to get pump and after reading all the posts here i got stressed out thinking my coins might got stuck there are well. It's my first time to use that exchange, i think i will avoid trading there after i get my tokens there.

I didn't received my NTK withdrawal from yobit...no reply even I pm. .send Ticket. They just ignore.. yobit scammer..I highly don't recommend these yobit ex exchange.. don't even use .even once!

How much time has passed? If yobit answers to tickets is always a few day later.

In my opinion Yobit is not good for small cap currencies.
It's not good for every single coin that you are trading. We've been warned before that everyone should get rid of this very slow support replying exchange. They have increased the fee of withdrawal for every coin you'll withdraw so there's no reason that you'll get stuck.

I have read a lot about this website, many peoples have big problems and "scam accusations'' about this website called Yobit.
I really won't take the risk to try, just take a look at their twitter and see, you'll never use their service,ever!
