I performed a withdrawal operation in the browser.
I confirmed the withdrawal with the e-mail after the operation and changed to "In process" state at "pending withdrawals" window.

The withdrawal is not completed even if it passes more than one week with the state of "In process".

I issued a ticket with Yobit.NET support and contacted Yobit, but I have not heard back from it even after more than a week.

What should I do. Can someone please help me? Cry

yobit again, this is a problem we often hear here. no one can help you, if they do not respond you can send the ticket again or dm to yobit twitter account and we can just wait.

What was the crypto that you requested? They have problems with a lot of coins, but I know they usually process the "big coins" quite quickly, in my experience, for BTC, ETH and LTC. Do you have a balance of at least 100,000 satoshi? If so, you can chat in the chatroom, wait for a moderator to appear and try ask directly. They usually respond quite quickly there.

I know they have problems with some wallets, but that is the same problem with all the exchanges and these small coins.

What was the crypto that you requested? They have problems with a lot of coins, but I know they usually process the "big coins" quite quickly, in my experience, for BTC, ETH and LTC. the reason for this issue is most probably because Yobit doesn't have that particular coin to pay you with. their wallets are empty. you either have to wait until they fill the wallet, go to their cold storage, or cancel your withdrawal and give back the money to your account balance.
there is sadly nothing else you can do.

After Yobit.NET's support ticket is issued, how long will it be reply?

Can anyone tell me?

it depends on your issue. i think different people handle different kinds of issue and also based on the issue it may take longer than usual.
for your problem which is withdrawal related, it will take a long time. a week is in the ballpark.

in the chat you will see the Moderator with a green username which will make it stand out. but i doubt they can help you with this kind of issue though. but it is worth the try.

What is that coin you are trying to withdraw? There's no way that I can help you out with it. And if you had issued a ticket, you had to wait for their reply and get into your query.

Just wait for them and hope to refill it soon so your withdrawal will be successful.

What is that coin you are trying to withdraw? There's no way that I can help you out with it. And if you had issued a ticket, you had to wait for their reply and get into your query.

I would suggest you to open another ticket. And another one.
Also search for their thread in this forum and complain there.
If this doesn't help you start scam accusation they will probably respond there.

That's the fate for using yobit.net, they are famous for having the worst support of all. And that's why you should flee from this exchange very soon. Try to send them another ticket because for sure there are too many tickets that now before yours so if you'll try to send them a new one, your ticket will be on top again.

Tickets will take long to be responded by Yobit management and maybe a simple scam accusation would really help them for that.

There could be several reasons, that withdraw is pending so long. Most are already explained by preposters here. Depending on the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, sometimes updates of all wallets are needed. That happens , when coin devs upgrade. As long as exchangers don't update wallets, coins can't be sent.
For larger payout amounts of exotic coins I go to the respective page of the devs, to make sure that everything is fine with the coin itself.
In any case, it is worth a post in scam accusation, if withdraw takes several weeks without answer.
I wish you all luck you need , to get your funds out.

Actually, the worst happened today!

Today, when I looked at the "pending withdrawals" window, the record "In Process" disappeared.
In addition, I saw Yobit's withdraw history, the status was "completed".

I thought that the withdrawal was successful, and I checked the deposit destination Bittrex, but it was not deposited in my balance.
Unfortunately, nothing is written in Bittrex's PENDING DEPOSITS.
There is no mistake in the deposit address.

In a nutshell, the coin has disappeared!
This is a scam!
But, I do not know which of Yobit and Bittrex did the fraud.

What should I do?
Should I also contact Bittrex that I designated as a deposit?
