I think you simply can't because the price of you tokens is dependent of how people are willing to buy your token. if you are exchanging your tokens to a coin that has market value then you cannot have any output and profit from it.

You have to find out whether the ICO is offering bonus for the purchase. For example some ICOs give extra tokens if you buy them in bulk.
You can also take part in their bounty campaigns to earn some extra tokens. Most of the ICOs provide a fixed purchase of tokens and nothing else other than this. So there is pretty much nothing else you can do other than these. When the token is launched in exchanges you could sell some and hold the rest tokens for long term to get good profit.

Most definately! But be very careful. You have to look for the right ones. I would say that only 3% of all ICO's are worth considering.

nowadays it is very hard for us to get profit from ICOs because many ico nowadays is scam or they collected low fund, so they dont left their investors or just pay some coins for no value at all. moreover, invest in ico need a long term investments, we can only hold them and wait until it rise in the future.

Well if you don't want to sell then you should search for token that has dividend function so you can get roi in some months or year and still have your token.  I think that's the only way to profit without selling at exchange.

After the ICO ends,  wait for the announcement when the token got listed on exchange site for you to earn profits by participating on their ICO projects, even ICO projects not become successful after the crowd sale,  dev team are surly soon put their token on exchange site for their investors to earn profits,  but if the ICO token is not got listed on some exchange site for almost 2-3 weeks after the ico end,  that ico projects is scam and of course obviously you wont get any profits from that.

I think the only way to make profit from an ICO is to hold them is the value is lower than the amount of how much you invested.
For me, there's no way to earn if you don't sell or trade it into Cryptocurrency exchange.

you still have to be careful with the ICO emerging because currently many ICOs that sometimes do not produce and even harm. you should be careful if you want to invest in ICO to keep profits big.

hold your tokens or coins till ur expected turnover and sale when it reach the required turnover. don't be greedy and do not hold them for longterm. if the project is very strong and good then hold it for longterm. it gives u more profit.

Simple way would be to sell them, but in some cases that is not the best option to do. Also because you are not interested in selling, which is better idea, the only way for making money from ICO is to hold those coins. Hold them and wait for price to rise. When price of that coin come to point which suits you, you can sell it than and make even more than you could at the start. There are always two options, selling and holding.
