I have bad experience with this bookie. A 5 days ago I ordered withdrawal 0,2459 BTC. But my order was rejected and I was asked to send documents and proof of address to security@sportsbet.io. I sent all of documents in within one hour since it was asked but did not any answer from thier support until now.

I tried to talk with support via live chat at site, but without success - I was told to wait answer from security@sportsbet.io. At the moment I can not withdraw money either get any answer from support.

Anyone had the same problem with this scammers? Any suggestions?

Yes one doubt they are scammer.they proceed withdrawal to those whos account in loss . If u are in pure profit so they start drama in the name of documents and etc. Actually bitcoins related brokers are scammer if they found user account in pure profits .if users acc in lost they proceed withdrawal immediately.

I have to make a thread about sportsbet.io to get my 10 mbtc refund, without which I doubt they have processed my withdrawal. In the world of crypto gambling asking for documents at the time of withdrawal is bullshit and a clear sign of a potential scam. Please share more information about your issue like proof of deposit, proof of rejected withdrawal request etc. this will make you case stronger.
If any site want to verify your identity it should be before deposit not at the time of withdrawal. But since its a big payout request so they might wanted to be sure about you and to avoid a hacker attack they are asking for documents. Please share more proofs.
Eagerly waiting for your response.

Try to bet with nitrogensports like platform where you might not asked for any personal documents. Sportsbet is known for hard to understand KYC policy and verification requirement.

You might find many more cases like this in this forum and also here https://forum.bitcoingambling.io/threads/beware-of-sportsbet-io-kyc-aml-requirements-possible-scam.220/

That's a shame, I hope you can get your money back.
I would address major review sites and ask for their help.

A solid and decent review site, covering them, would definitely assist in case of shenanigans.

Good luck

I also recently encountered a problem when withdrawing funds, my request was canceled, then I asked for the documents, after that they did not answer in the mail, and in the chat they say the same thing - wait for the answer. It's been over a week! It looks like a bookmaker scammers!

Good news. I received mail from KYC of sportsbet.io
Here is text:

Thank you for providing the requested documents.

Please be notified that account verification is passed and all restrictions on your user account lifted.

We apologize for any delays or inconvenience this may have caused.

I do not know what helped: numerous mails to sportsbet support, or a topic on this forum or a complaint to www.sportsbookreview.com but I hope it first step to return my money back. I will write here, if (or when?) they will pay me money.

UPD: So, here is happy end. I'd received money from sportsbet. Thanks to all!

P.S. But you should think twice before you make a deposit to this bookie!

This is the second thread I have noticed in the past few days.
Are they coming up with excuses so to not pay these customers if their withdrawal amounts are over a certain amount that they see as too much to pay?

This is some really bad business operating practices if it is. Undecided

Glad you got your payment by the way.
Because I remember some one saying they didn't get around 1 btc when they won it.

i have doubt also with this betting site. So many people have complaint about their deposit and withdraw. I hope you can fix your issue with them and switch to another reputable gambling site like nitrogensports.eu

I think it does require those who don't receive their rightful withdrawals to have them post on the forums so to have this company do anything about it and to actually do their customer's higher withdrawal amounts if their accounts are not verified.

Please open a scam accusation for the same.Had you checked out their bitcointalk profile, you would know they have  came too far as scammers.Their feedback speaks for themselves.
They didn't really ask for documents when you deposited the money right ?  Lips sealed

Yes! Lot of other poor bitcoin gamblers who felt for them without checking their previous scam accusations. Please proceed to Trading Discussion -> Scam accusation Section and open one so the community knows what's up.
