So did you try to talk to the live support? What was your issue, as you have not mentioned it yet..? I'm pretty sure FortuneJack are operating under specific working hours when it comes to certain things with the exception of live support always being there for you. You also have to know that David is not the boss of FortuneJack as he is the guy taking care of public relations and campaigns..

So what kind of response did you get from Live Support when you've raised this issue?
Have you made sure that you have met all requirements if you had bonuses etc? I know it sucks when money gets stuck but give it a bit of time and it should get resolved!
