Why is everyone putting up with this nonsense? I for one think this place will fall when Camp BX opens. I have no connection with them, but they seem to know what they are doing.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I heartily agree.

They could at LEAST tell us they halted trading.  no notice, that's what irks me.

Are you guys sure something didn't crash? It doesn't seem like the market was "halted" very long.

1. Yes, I think camp BX appears to be more professional.
2. I noticed that the number of BTC mined per hour has gone up dramatically. additional supply and static demand translates into lower prices.

Beyond that, i know zip diddly bupkis.

Seriously. For people who don't want a regulated market. You people do stupid things that contradict yourself. If you don't like MtGox go elsewhere I thought that was the appeal of Bitcoin stop asking a private business to be regulated.

Impress your friends! Buy a bitcoin keychain!

It is halted again.  Looks like this is the 4th time since yesterday.

It's kind of annoying because after a stop, the market adjusts and is a little different than before.

Is their system unstable?  Are we all getting Goxed in the Goxhole?
