most accounts allow you to retrieve your password. you should have an option just below login  saying "forgot my password"

Assuming that you have access you can just hit "Forgot Password" when signing in. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=reminder

Or since I see you logged in to post this, if you use Chrome and have your password saved then go to Settings > Search "Password" > Manage Passwords > Bitcointalk.org > View

If you forgot your password, write to the technical department. support. Or when you fill out the login or email in the login window, and the password in the password box is "You have forgotten the password," click on this button and enter your email address. At the e-mail address you will receive a new password, you follow the instructions just confirm the new password.
