I'm telling you, the first proper alternative to that rag-tag outfit that comes along will kill Mt. Gox in a quick second. Here is the key to wiping Mt. Gox away:

1. Provides a smart slick marketing and appearance. [Builds Faith]
2. Provides transparency regarding security and implements strong security measures. [Builds Faith]
3. Undercuts Mt. Gox's transactions fees. A free month of trades, or something equivalent. [Builds userbase]

Poof. Mt. Gox is gone.

Why hate mtgox if mtgox changes it way and become better?

Remember, MtGox learn the million dollars lesson, or at least something really scary.

It's hard to forgive somebody who has cost people so much time and money.

It's not what we don't trust them. It's just rational people can't keep their money with them anymore.
