Thanks for the updates and threads.
Pretty amazing that KNC is catching up with the orders so quickly.
It is looking like they might get out the remaining units by mid week? But at least by the end of the week? Ideas?

Package currently held hostage in customs clearance. DHL has so far lived up to my expectations, based on previous experience, to be the worst "Express" shipping carrier I have ever had the displeasure of being subjected to by foreign businesses. They just don't have the infrastructure in the USA to provide consistently reliable or timely service. I hope others have better luck with them on the average.
If it says "clearance event" on the DHL tracking site, then you need to call them to get it through unfortunately. What does one need to say to get the process going? What info do they need? |
