I've been reviewing this project since the PRE-ANN and it looks very promising but you guys need more info.

Specifically, is a soft-cap and hard-cap, and if so, what are they?

The total token sale soft cap is US$200MM, with the allowance for an additional US$138MM beyond that cap. The full token price is $0.14, and the total budgeted tokens are 11.8227 Billion Tokens. The supply is fixed. Crowd Machine Tokens (CMT) will be created post the token sale event. Tokens not sold will not be created.

The initial token price in $0.14 in ETH determined within 7 days prior to beginning of the private sale. There is a private sale for US Accredited Investors and non-US investors that can receive a 75% discount up to $50MM ETH equivilant or until phase 1 ends and 60% off up to $150MM ETH equivilant or until phase 2 ends. Similarly, the the public sale will start with a 35% discount and reduce step-wise until the token is full price as the sale nears completion.

I know the ICO is still a ways away so maybe that's the factor but I'm really surprised this project is not drumming up more discussion in this thread. Maybe it's just because all the resources provided have all the answers and there's not much to ask/discuss in here.

A lot of the times I will look at the utility of the ICO tokens and its usually some redundant useless feature. But the utility of the crowdmachine token actually makes sense. Ideally, there should be a lot of open source code available for people to utlize, but then people lost money by not patenting/close sourcing it. I love this idea to make a open source code market.

CrowdMachine does sound really compelling to me if there will be delivered whats planned. An easy access solution for businesses and everyone else to create dapps and smart contracts sounds great. Cant wait to test the features. When will we be able to see a MVP?

Softcap is capped at $200 millions? It is huge amount of money to start a project
Why do the team require so much money in the beginning? What part of development?

And what will happen if the project does not reach the softcap? Cancel and refund?

Raising $200m with an allowance for additional $138m for the decentralized computing. l-o-l. Project may be solid as itself, no place for a public investors' profit tho.

It is less clear that only 3 posts I can write in Russian and 7 posts in English, not counting the report on the social bounty. Who will count and will the weekly report be posted in the table?
