Hi friend, how about coinmarketcap.com or also cryptocompare? I think both websites are widely used to check the market of newly launched coins.

You can easily get on etherdelta if your coin happens to be an erc20 token? Post some more info next time.

Go to etherdelta. They don't charge any fee for listing your own coins to trade among your peers for general public. Click on the coins tab, and scroll to down ,click other. then put your contract address, decimal and symbol of the coins. If only is ERC20 compatible.

Any ERC20 token can be added to etherdelta and doesn't even have to be formally added to trade, you can just use the contract address. You can also check out IDEX, they're a new decentralized exchange.

Coinmarketcap.com require at least 10K daily trade volume. I don't know for cryptocompare.

If  you are issuing ETC20 ETH token, then you could insta list it at EtherDelta.com for free.
