Can bitcoin reach $15000 mark by first quarter of 2018 ?

as of now the price of bitcoin is now $12,100 it will reach $15,000 before end of this december but if only reach $13,000 to $14,000 this end of december maybe it will reach $15,000 in january 2018.

Agreed, we have got more chances of reaching $13000 -  $14000 at the earliest with the same growth. No need of waiting till the first quarter of 2018 to experience the $15000 barrier. As we are at the starting days of the last month, surely the investor base expecting profit will increase leading to growth.

$ 15,000 at the end of March 2018. It's the most possible. I will not be surprised if it happens earlier. Even before the end of this year.

I'm thinking more like end of January. If this uptrend is going to continue then I am expecting BTC will end this year with $13k or more, after that $15k should be easy to pull off in January end. But I am worried that there will be price correction soon, we only saw a minor correct after $10k, I wouldn't even call it a price correction.

That's not impossible dude, as of this moment bitcoin now already around 12,442 USD and it's not that so far to reach 15,000 USD . And think it will happen in last days of January to middle of February.

I was also thinking that it will hit an all time high at the first quarter of 2018, due to bitcoins recent popularity and people across the globe are getting bitcoin for investment this will be the reason for bitcoins reaching another peak at it price.

well, maybe it could be worth $ 20k in this year, but I think it's very difficult. I think that bitcoin prices will reach $ 15k in this year. If the bitcoin price could reach $ 15k in years, this, maybe this would be a very good price ever.

Price is currently around $12.500. To get to $15.000 we only need to get a 20% raise, and we have had that many times in just one day. I see it very likely. I was very skeptical with some predictions during this year but as reality has surpassed my expectations I quite believe in exponential growth. I guess bitcoin will reach 15k$ at the end of this year.Because as of now the price is around 12380$,it crossed 12000 peak by today.So their is nearly 1 month is their for the new year ,with this  month it easy raise more than that of 3000$ sure .

Do you mean to say $15,000 by the end of 2017? Well, with the way things are going right now, it looks like Bitcoin would soon be breaching the $15,000 level even before the end of this year. And by 2018, I am expecting Bitcoin to be reaching the stratosphere maybe doing like $20,000 within the first quarter of the new year. This is hinging on the assumption that Bitcoin Futures Contracts which can soon be popular will not be harming or making the Bitcoin price get slump just like what some are predicting as they compared the futures with that of gold. Well, on that aspect, am inclined to believe that Bitcoin would be behaving different because it has the capacity to defy many odds into its favor. Aside from these futures, there can be new countries that Bitcoin can operate on whether the government is recognizing Bitcoin or not. There is no question that the demand for Bitcoin is exploding and I don't see this demand fading in years. All of these developments would be the factors that can push pressure for Bitcoin to go up, up and away!

Based on rapid growth of Bitcoin's value nowadays, it is not surprising it would increace much higher and can mark $15k on the 1st quarter of 2018. From $9k and $10k on November, and today is only the 1st week of December which reach already  to $11k, so it is not possible to mark $15k next year. Lets just hope and see.

As we are almost touching $13,000 today, I can see Bitcoin price even reaching $15,000 in this month, maybe even in next days. Bitcoin momentum is strong and just doesnt seem to have an end. I think its crazy that we have such a constant increase, for me thats too fast, but im excited where it is heading.

$15,000 could even be reached before the end of this year. With that I am hinting at how unpredictable this market is. There is so much money flowing into this market, and if we take CME and Nasdaq into consideration, it will only be more.

They are massive players in the financial world, and when we look at how much potential there is to gain with institutional capital being up pumped into this market, there is nothing to say about where we'll be going.

It just takes like 30 or so minutes to increase another $1000 if the will and bullish sentiment is there, which just shows how a market being this thin can get bought up like it's almost done effortlessly. Only right thing to do is hodling.

You were right we already reached 15k before the end of this month but now we are a little below that amount I think it may take us some time to get a stable 15k, the price is moving all over the place and predicting anything about bitcoin seems impossible, but if we take into account all the money that is entering the bitcoin market it is very likely we get a stable 15k on the next month at the latest.
