I have a question: where can I download old versions of the bitcoin-qt client? Is there some website with the entire history of the clients so I can pick the version I want? (more specifically I am looking for 0.3.25.1-beta)

Thanks

There used to be more here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/bitcoin/files/Bitcoin/

I checked on two of my hard drives whether I have this version unfortunately I must have deleted it long ago.

check github, I found 0.1.5 alpha

Any specific reason why? Do you believe there is a security flaw in the later versions?

I still have some oder versions. Closest to what you want I could offer version 0.3.23 for Mac, Win and Linux.
If you give me an email via PM I can send them to you via wetransfer for example.

There was no qt version 0.3.25.1-beta
There is however, a wxwidget version for 0.3.x. If by "qt" you mean "GUI", that would be the one you're looking for.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

You may wonder where old binaries went....:

I removed the old binary releases from SourceForge because it was getting annoying to find things like testnet-in-a-box in that very long list, and also getting hard to see what the latest release was. And with our gitian reproducible build process, the windows/linux binaries for recent releases are deterministically reproducible from the source code.

See https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/tags  for the history back to the 0.1.5 release....

0.3.24 was the last of the 0.3.x series

Couldn't you just do that with a virtual machine or such? Doesn't really explain the need for a specific version that old.

I'm not that much of a noob. No, I was importing devcoin private keys with no knowledge of python and it worked
