ROADMAP

The main goal of our company is to constantly increase the accuracy of predictions, thereby, helping our customers to make more sophisticated profitable investment decisions for our customers. NOVEMBER

Simulation results for stock, currency and crypto-currency markets for version 1.1 released. At that point, we will have ±140 strategies in the system and ±3 billion predictions in the database.

DECEMBER
We will finish Token Sale. Our customers who have access to Currency product will be able to start managing their funds in January of 2018.

FEBRUARY
We will launch our product for Crypto-Currency Market. Simulation results for version 1.2 released. At that point, we will have ±350 strategies in the system and ±8 billion predictions.

MARCH
We will launch our product for Stock Market. Every customer will have his/her own account manager who will help set up the integration with Interactive Brokers correctly.

MAY
Mirocana Alpha released - a platform, where any interested quant or algo-trader will be able to submit his/her own strategy and get paid in MR tokens. It will significantly increase number of strategies in the system and positively affect the accuracy of predictions.

JUNE
Simulation results for version 1.3 released. At that point, we will have ±1100 strategies in the system and ±24 billion predictions.

AUGUST
Mirocana Sigma released - a platform where any skillful data scientist will be able to create, validate and submit predictions of his own predicting model during a tournaments that will conduct on a regular base. It will significantly increase the accuracy of predictions.

OCTOBER
Simulation results for version 1.4 released. At that point, we will have ±2400 strategies in the system and ±53 billion predictions.

FEBRUARY
Mirocana Target released - iOS and Android app, as well as web-interface, where any interested person will be able to submit his/her own forecasts about future price movements, and get paid if predictions will be accurate and consistent. We will add this platform as a new data source in the system.

MARCH
Simulation results for version 1.5 released. At that point, we will have ±4000 strategies in the system and ±88 billion predictions.

MAY
We will experience a fast growing number of strategies and simulations in the system, that requires ever-growing calculation power. Therefore, we will release Mirocana Miner product, that will be used by miners to use their GPU and CPU power to backtest strategies and process simulations. Miners will be paid with MR tokens for the work of their servers.

AUGUST
Simulation results for version 1.6 released. At that point, we will have ±7000 strategies in the system and ±150 billion predictions.

Overview

The world, we live in, will be very different in 15 years from now. In capitalism, creating
Artificial Intelligence systems is a very attractive venture, since, in case of success,
the profit of such systems may cover all the expenses a few thousand times. The data
science community and specific companies will continue to push sophistication of Artificial
Intelligence systems to new levels. The development of AI-powered decision-making
process will be empowered by many factors: more data, more investments, more
computing power, more AI-researches.
I’m very bullish on Google. It is clear to me, that Google will succeed in this field since
they have declared a big interest and have all the resources they need. However, it does
not mean that there will be only one player in a huge upcoming industry of AI companies.
The only one way to be able to compete with Google is to start today and do several
things: attract best people, grow your data edge, keep iterating your product for better,
secure your creation.
It is really easy to imagine what tasks will be solved by AI in the future. Everywhere
where you need to take a decision based on many factors and huge volumes of data AI
will be better. At Mirocana, we develop the systems that are able to predict the future
valuation of the companies and other assets. This is a very clear example of the task is
done much better by machines rather than by humans. Financial advisors will be gone

2020

Mirocana is immortal

To put it simply, the internal structure of Mirocana system consists of two types of
nodes: the main node and the worker nodes. The main node is responsible for storing
the data from the data sources, predictions from the strategies and simulations results,
also the main node creates tasks from worker nodes. So the worker node is a server that
does the backtesting of the strategies and trains deep-learning neural nets and other
predictive models during the simulations. We have a number of main nodes to replicate
our data, for safety reasons. We have the plan to make our worker nodes available for
everyone. So any person with free CPU or GPU power will be able to download our piece
of software and start mining our tokens.
The most important thing is that when we will make our main nodes available to be
operated by third party servers, the system will be unkillable. That means that to shut
down the system you will need to shut down all the main nodes and since they are
distributed among a big number of independent servers it is impossible or, at least,
improbable.

Mirocana Collects Data by Itself

Mirocana will become powerful enough so it will be able to find and collect the data it
needs by itself. In some ways, it is already happening. We have the system that automatically
collects the data from the Internet and learn from that data, but, now, it is
programmed by humans.
In future, the system will be able to: understand the need of some data, research for
sources of that data, find a way to access this sources and set up an integration. In
our work, we develop the system that can be applied to many tasks, not only financial
markets. We plan to create the General AI system and apply it to certain problems in
business and human’s life.

People, who manage companies have to deal with huge volumes of information. They
make decisions that result in billions of dollars of gains or losses. Top managers try to
surround themselves with people who filter only important information for them because

Mirocana system aims to help you manage your Interactive Brokers account using the predictions for over 400 companies that are traded on NYSE and NASDAQ stock exchanges. Access to this product will be only granted to TOP200 of the token-holders at the end of Token Sale. After the Token Sale to get access to this product it will be required to have at least $5 ml. under the management of the system.

STOCK MARKET


This is our most accurate and valuable product.

HOW IT WORKS

Our system analyzes over 400 companies that are traded on NYSE and NASDAQ stock exchanges. We can connect our system to your Interactive Brokers account and start managing your funds on your behalf. The rate of return that system will generate highly depends on the accuracy of our predictions, however, you will be able to control your risks and set up a target return for the system anywhere from 5% to 100% a year.

Note: if the increased level of target return is set, the system will make more risky trades and possible draw down will be higher.

To set up an integration between your Interactive Brokers account and our system you will need to provide your access key. This key gives us rights to place a new trading order and modify existing order on your behalf, but not the rights to withdraw or transfer the funds to another account. We will assign a personal account manager to every user of our product for Stock Market.

Access to this product will be only given to the first 200 accounts that have the most MIRO tokens by the time of the end of the Token Sale. After a Token Sale to get access to the product you will need to have at least $5 ml. on your Interactive Brokers account to be managed by the system. Every of 200 users of this product will have their own account manager that will help to set up this integration.

We will not charge any fees for our service during the first 8 months (untill August 2018) of your experience with our product. After that period, when our relations will be trustworthy and our predictions are more accurate, we will charge 25% of profits that we helped you to make. Our fee will be billed monthly, in MIRO tokens. If it was a losing month we will compensate you 25% of the loss in MIRO tokens.

We expect you not to take any actions on the account to which our system is connected. If you knowingly or accidentally open or close some positions, the system will not stop working. It will only stop trading the securities that were affected by your actions and you will be able to restore trading settings in your Mirocana Account.

If you deposit more funds to the account or if you withdraw some funds from the account the system will notice that and it will automatically change the logic of money management and positions sizing. To withdraw more funds that free cash available on the account you will need to set the percentage of funds that you want the system to keep in cash in your Mirocana account.

25% IS A VERY BIG FEE? ISN'T IT?

Actually it is a bit higer than the average of 20% that standart hedge-fund would charge you. As well almost every hedge-fund has ±2% annual fee of Assets Under Managment (AUM). We do not have that. Our fees is only depends on your results and, most importantly, you set the results you want the system to achive. HOW IT WORKS

Our system predicts 125 currency pairs that are available with OANDA broker. We can connect our system to your account and start managing your funds on your behalf. The rate of return that system will be able to generate directly depends on the accuracy of our predictions. You will be able to set up a target return in your Mirocana Account. This target annual return can be set from 5% to 150%.

Note: higher target return you set more risks system will take to achieve it.
