Do you have a link to the company that will verify that they do in fact issue these cards, and that it is legal to do so without any name?

Buy gold and silver with Bitcoins and sell that rather than dealing with the stupid over-regulated exchanges the only thing with this method I can think of is the bank is going to be wondering how you're able to afford all the gold and silver as well as why you're suddenly getting thousands into your bank account out of nowhere though you could just avoid putting the notes into a bank and keep it in a safe or use something like paypal.

I got a fake ID off silk road, opened up a PO box and buy gold which I can sell for cash locally. I can also order straight cash off Silk Road and localbitcoins though usually the fee is too high.

Meet in a coffeeshop, do the trade online there and then for cold hard cash.
Oh, and wear a mask.

The best way to enter and exit the crypto market under the radar is in person, in cash. I (the guy operating Bitcoin Co-op's account) entered the market this way, so I assume my assets are invisible, but I haven't tried cashing back into fiat, yet--at least not in the sense that I pulled it out of the online exchange, to my bank account or mattress.

LocalBitcoins.com Trade for cash in mail and use a PO Box or a trusted friend/relative's address with a fake name.
Or buy gold/silver with the btc and sell locally as someone else already suggested.

Before doing any of the end steps like buying gold/goods and selling them in a pawn shop, how well do services like bitcoin mixers work for muddying the waters? Not that I have any need to be anonymous...at the moment. Or the other way to cash out is play satoshi, all in, until you lose it all

This is completely anonymous but you can buy gold/silver and sell that to a local store for cash. GoldSilverBitcoin is a good place to do this.
How much value would you expect to lose in this type of conversion. IE, buy silver/gold bars from this website, have it shipped to you, sell it at a local store, etc. 5%? 10%? Are the silver/gold bars that this site sells generally accepted at most local dealers?

More like 20% since you are dealing with so many people in between, the worst are the local gold buyers. They will though accept gold in any form, even teeth fillings.

Interesting thread.
If your desire for anonimity is driven by tax evasion, consider the overall cost of the two scenarios ("legal" - taxed, vs. paying a premium for a tax-avoiding option).
If it is about stolen coins, the only option is an "anonymous" cashout.
I'd say in-person cash trades are the least risky option, unless you already are under watch.

They're there, in their room. Your mining rig is on fire, yet you're very calm.

Either buy somewhat anonymous products with your coins or localbitcoins.com I would say.

Local coin exchange is for sure the most anonymous, especially if you know the people(not by name ).
