I think you should better convert them to BTC and directly by them from cryptsy. It is really difficult to find someone here most of the people are keeping them. And I doubt that at such low rate you will get any PXC.

If not, expect to get scammed.

If he did get scammed, wouldn't it make sense that maybe a fresh address hasn't been used (or refunded) yet?
