You might add pictures with the view from the windows. Since it's 17th floor there should be a nice panoramic view of the city which could increase the interest. People might also appreciate some pictures of the building from the outside and its surroundings. No sane person would buy a flat online without seeing the whole area first.

Only if they have a Residence Permit. AFAIK, the minimum price of property that foreigner can buy is 5 Billion IDR which is around ~33 BTC with today's rate.

It is ILLEGAL in Indonesia to use YEN (Japan) or even Dollar for TRANSACTION in Indonesia. BUT..............everyone is LEGAL to exchange YEN and Dollar etc in money changer.
so.....there is no different with Bitcoin in that case , right?

Then....for this transaction, buyer and seller can go to gather to exchange first, then do it in IDR...it could physically or online i guess
