Author Topic: Access to confirmtx blocked by ESET NOD32 antivirus, why?  (Read 137 times)

I am trying to access https://confirmtx.com but my antivirus is blocking access to it and I am unable to access site, can anybody tell me what's wrong with this site? Can't find detail reason for this in my antivirus protection logs.

It !means that it has malware that is why eset nod32 antivirus is blocking your access to that site, !maybe it is also a phishing site so be careful. But, if you really want to brute force yourself with that site, uninstall your antivirus first.

I've visited the site and an error prompts, It says a Potential phishing attempt
"This web page tries to trick visitors to submit sensitive personal information such as login data or credit card numbers."
Dunno if its true but ESET will not do this if this site is just normal.

But I have visited this site with my mobile browser without any issue and they also have only one input field where we have to put txid to get confirmation, nothing more.

I think this is false positive warning from antivirus. Still confused  Huh Roll Eyes

I don't know what's wrong with ESET I tried to scan the site on virustotal then only ESET detected the site as phishing, maybe someone reported the site but for what reason?  Huh
