gtx 1080 ROG from MSI bought from ebay. Same cards with 8gb ddr5.

1st one when plugged in flashes with red throughout the card
2nd one does not flash with solid red
3rd one has all sort of alternating colors possible 4-5 colors (green, blue, red).

Are they all OK? Does it signify anything?
Other than that, all is working OK otherwise.

MSI and ROG? Mmmmm. ASUS have ROG series.  You can change colors in settings.  In some cases colors are indicator about workload.

Use the Asus tweak tool to change the color to what ever tickles your fancy or floats your boat.

GTX 1080s use DDR5X memory, not DDR5.

Always doubt.
